Because tantric sex energy can be transformed into healing energy, your intentions might be to heal someone who is ill. In that case, you can state...

"My intention is to cultivate energy that will fill (person's name) with light, purity and healing."

Don't be surprised if you get a phone call from the recipient, if you were doing distance healing. They may not consciously know why they feel better, but you certainly will.
