Energy comes from Within: Diet

Energy comes from the depths of your cells, your soul, your every fiber. On a very physical level, the energy stored in your body as your "reserves" is also known as fat. You might think of this physical type of energy as the ready-to-use foods that you've stocked yourself with when things run low. One way to have more of this energy is to 'stock- - the right foods, fruits, vegetables, good carbs and lean proteins. It is no secret that eating junk food isn't a very good long-term solution to creating more energy. Your body's energy comes from the foods you eat. So, if you want top notch-energy, then you need to eat top-notch foods.

Energy and Emotions: Motivation

We store mental energy in the form of emotions. Notice that you can create action quite quickly if you are using the right emotions to stimulate your mind. A thought is just a thought until you add an emotion to it. Then the thought either becomes "good" or "bad", "exciting" or "boring". The emotion defines how and what you are going to do with your thoughts. Our emotions motivate us to take all kinds of actions. Energy isn't a problem when we are driven by our emotions. When you are really angry or ready to fight back, the energy is always available for use. If you feel frustrated and down-trodden about a certain task, you'll find no energy to get the task done. Motivational energy comes from how and why we are doing what we are doing.

Energy and Spirit: Inspiration

Inspiration comes from the root word to mean propelled by spirit. Inspiration is when the soul gets to say, Yes! This is what I want to do! When you find something that inspires you, then you create an energy force that will move you to take action and reach goals you set out for yourself. You create through inspiration. Inspiration comes to you when you stop fighting against something and stop resisting various solutions. We drain our energy, mental and physical, most often by just resisting what life has lead us to become. Or what we think life is not letting us become.

If you want more energy, if you want to be more inspired or motivated, then stop resisting and just go with the flow of life sometimes. When you are feeling hungry, reach for a piece of fruit for a change. When you feel that you are tired, take a break, take a nap, go to bed. When you really want to create more energy, focus on what you really want in life instead of fighting against the things that are keeping you stuck in your energy drain.
